Cancellation Policy
A credit card is required to secure all appointments. Your credit card is required for the 24-hour cancellation policy, but WE WILL NOT CHARGE YOUR CARD UNTIL YOUR SERVICE IS COMPLETE.
Appointment Policy:
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Same-day cancellations or reschedules will incur a fee of 50% of the service amount.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled, and a 50% cancellation fee will be collected before booking your next appointment.
No-shows will be charged the FULL amount of the scheduled service.
Deposit Policy:
For services requiring a deposit, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, which will be applied toward your service total.
Additionally, appointments scheduled before 9 AM, after 7 PM, or those exceeding three hours will also require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.
